ALAIN CHARTIER
The 6th boutique of the artist Alain Chartier is now in cruise mode on the port of Le Croisty. This Meilleur Ouvrier de France has developed a unique new range of pastries such as tiramisu, Breizh caramel, Black Forest or kouign-amann iced éclairs, rum babas in a glass jar, lemon-cassis tarts. Chocolatier at heart, his products are available in bars, sailboats or fried. World champion in Turin, its ice creams have obtained the label "glace artisanale de France" which prohibits uses other than egg, milk, cream and seasonal fruit. The tea room offers luxury snacks such as savoury cakes, earthenware boards to satisfy the hunger of small, smart tummies passing through or the melting pastries made in the Aix-Noyalais laboratory, just a few kilometres away.
