In 1990, Patrick and Anne Chauchard opened their first store in Arzon, then in 2009 in the town of Sarzeau. The fresh salmon arrives from Scotland in Label Rouge quality, smoked with green beech wood and salted with Guérande salt, it is sliced by hand, vacuum-packed in whole fillets, slices, steaks or blocks. We have added canned fish, sardines in oil, gulf cod, albacore tuna and smoked fish rillettes. You can find in summer, their products on the markets of the Peninsula of Rhuys and all the year on that of Quiberon.

Par manque d'honnêteté le monsieur(le plus agé sur le stand) n'a pas indiqué que le tarama ne se congèle pas ni qu'il avait une date limite de consommation assez proche!
Or, comme la date limite de consommation indiquée sur la boite est le 19 décembre, il sera impossible de le consommer pour les fêtes!
Alors que pour le saumon, les personnes sur le stand n'arrêtaient pas de clamer que le saumon(qui avait aussi une date limite de consommation autour du 20 décembre) se congelait et que les clients, qui faisaient leurs emplettes pour les fêtes comme moi, puissent en acheter en masse!
