L'ORÉE DES SENS
Located in the middle of the Augustan countryside on the park of the Bréhaut mill, L'Orée des Sens is worth a visit. In an enchanting setting, the crêperie serves delicious cakes, pancakes, homemade ice cream cups and some homemade Breton specialities - all made with organic and local products. Try their original aperitif suggestions where the buckwheat cake is revisited in "wrap'n breizh" - cakes rolled with fresh cheese, smoked trout and dried tomatoes - or "wrap'n bré" - cakes rolled with sardine and fresh herb cheese. As for galettes, it is difficult to make a choice as the specialities are so appetizing and original: Brocéliande, with its Brittany sausage, goat cheese, egg, potatoes and parsley butter; Oyon, with its smoked trout and tarragon sauce... As for dessert, the choice is just as difficult, because you also have to deal with artisanal ice cream cups. We suggest you, in crepe or ice cream, the Pont du Secret: vanilla ice cream, caramelized apples, salted butter caramel, all drizzled with chouchen.
Do you like walking? The crêperie is located on a very nice hike, the Boucle des Rosaies, whose circuit is available free of charge at the country's tourist offices.
