A bistro in Auray, greedy and warm, for the amateurs of home cooking respectful of the soil and the cycle of the seasons.
Eric Esteyne took over Le Bistrot à manger in September 2021. Since then, he has been offering inventive and gourmet home cooking. Concerned with highlighting regional seasonal products, this chef, alone in the kitchen, likes to combine tradition and inventiveness. At his table, you will be able to taste a tuna tataki and zucchini marinated in lime, skewers of sot-l'y-laisse with curry on glazed parsnips or a filet of saithe with Cornish cider butter. Finally, how about a pear poached with cinnamon and peppery hot chocolate?
