Mr Kumar invites you to discover his wonderful Indian cuisine. On the menu, you can choose between Subzi samoussa (vegetables fritters with potatoes, garlic, onion and ginger) or Raïta salad (made with yoghurt, tomatoes, cucumber and cumin), before tasting Tandoori prawns (prawns marinated in yoghurt, curry, garlic and ginger, and grilled in a Tandoor oven), Vandaloo lamb ( lamb with potatoes and 25 spices), Biryani (a complete plate of tasty basmati rice mixed with meats, vegetables and spices) or grilled meat (lamb, chicken, fish) cook in a tandoor oven, a clay oven that preserves the authentic taste of the cuisine. A vegetarians menu is also available for example Aloo Gobi (curry with potatoes and cauliflowers) or Baingan Bhurta (mashed aubergines with fresh cream and spices) while guzzlers can enjoy their homemade desserts such as kulfi.
