Opened in May 2023, La Boissonnerie is a seafood and fish restaurant run by Jean-Marie Fraud, the happy chef of this charming fisherman's hut, ideally located on the port of Saint-Goustan. On the menu are tasty in-house creations, including a medallion of lacquered lobster, tagliatelle alle vogonles or, perfect as an aperitif, a periwinkle and parsley tartine or Maître Saldana's tacos. The maître des lieux also excels in cocktails and arranged rums. All to the sound of music, with Boiss Fridays, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
