The restaurant of the Kyriad Hotel became La Nouvelle Vague in 2017. On the terrace or in the dining room, you will discover a beautiful menu of fresh and organic products, most of them. A few examples of dishes to make you salivate: duck raviole, pea purée and its Roquefort whipped cream, veal steak marinated in garlic and paprika with its sweet potato purée, butterfly red mullet, piperade and peanut, or Thai salad... La Nouvelle Vague also organizes a few evenings: Mexican dinner, musical dinner... Located right next to the Ti Hanok cinema and the Alre'O swimming pool, it would be a shame not to try it . The décor is modern, cosy and warm, with, in addition, a few private squares for even more tranquillity.
