AU PAVILLON

Established in Auray in 2023, Au Pavillon offers bistro-style cuisine based on fresh, seasonal produce. This is the first business of chef Damien Ronda, who worked for others for a long time and wanted to create a place halfway between the canteen of his childhood (with the numbers at the bottom of the glasses telling you how old you were) and the traditional bistro where you feel at home. A friendly, smiling team, a menu that changes daily, a shady terrace and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays (reservations required)... A must-see.
