Born in Auray and trained in prestigious establishments, François Demassard took over the reins of La Chebaudière in 2018. Since then, having been awarded a Bib gourmand by the Michelin Guide in 2022 and 2024, the establishment offers an instinctive and creative cuisine, based around a menu that varies according to the chef's inspirations and new arrivals, while respecting the seasonal nature of the produce.
