Born in Auray and trained in prestigious establishments, François Demassard took over the reins of La Chebaudière in 2018. Since then, having been awarded a Bib gourmand by the Michelin Guide in 2022 and 2024, the establishment offers an instinctive and creative cuisine, based around a menu that varies according to the chef's inspirations and new arrivals, while respecting the seasonal nature of the produce. With its subtle combinations and warm welcome, La Chebaudière and its chef have literally won over their clientele, who praise both their top-flight cuisine and the art of entertaining.

Pas pu y manger car il ne servait plus et dirigé vers un concurrent.
Moralité si vous voulez y manger venir à midi.
