Hanuman yoga ..une pratique à découvrir
François Bernard est quelqu'un de confiance . Sa pratique est rigoureuse et s'appuie sur une longue expérience et une réelle envie de s'améliorer qu'il transmets avec sagesse . C'est un très bon enseignant et j'ai toujours plaisir à aller à ses cours . Le lieu est aéré, lumineux ,accueillant .
Cours à l'année mais aussi stages ponctuels pour ceux qui sont de passage . Pour pratiquer en conscience et en confiance !
