Serge Lignières' Le Gavrinis, named after the island of the same name, is both a gastronomic stopover and a hotel-lodge, offering top-quality services at the table and in the room. In the kitchen, chef Luca Marteddu favours local produce and plays on bold combinations to serve a cuisine that oscillates between Breton traditions and flavours from elsewhere. This approach was recognized in 2022 by the Michelin Guide, which awarded the establishment a star. Elegant surroundings, top-flight wine list and 3-star logis open from January to November.
