BOULANGERIE-PÂTISSERIE GOLVET
In the Golvet family, from father to son, the last six generations of the family is made up of bakers who have the passion for this trade. Today it is Patrice Golvet, Master Artisan, voted best apprentice of France in 1987, after working in the best establishments (M. Thuriés à Cordes, M. Second à Aix en Povence...), took over the light. His talent has been awarded many times: Croissant d'Or 2005 best croissant in Brittany, Finalist of best kouign-amann of Brittany in 2006, the 1st regional price of craft dynamics in 2006, Trophée d'Argent 2007 of the best rye bread in Brittany or Baguette d'Or 2011 for the best baguette of Morbihan called "la Bréhannaise". Patrice Golvet was also a finalist in the pre-selection of the World Cup bakery in Paris, only! In order to give bread its full flavour, works on long fermentation to preserve the aromas (baguettes, Bréhannais, apin products of fig bread... are part of the specialities). The hotel also excels in pastries, homemade treats (gingerbread ...), the Breton specialties (kouign amann) among others. Anyway you will understand everything is good. Located just opposite the church, the establishment also makes buckwheat pancakes and sells sandwiches and cold drinks. Warm and charming reception, quite attentive to your every desire.
