LA FERME DE LINTAN
La Ferme de Lintan is a cheese dairy located in the village of Lintan, in Bréhan, Morbihan. Founded by Vanessa, daughter and granddaughter of farmers, the farm offers a wide selection of local cheeses. Vanessa acquired her cheese-making skills after working as an agricultural consultant and taking courses and internships in various regions of France. In 2011, the cheese dairy opened its doors and began selling its cheeses on the farm. Since then, Vanessa has continued to improve her production techniques and develop local sales of her products. Today, the farm team numbers 4 full-time employees, while the cheese dairy employs 4 full-time and one part-time person. Ferme de Lintan is a family success story, with Vanessa's brother also joining the business.
