Among the house's emblematic "toquées": the Queue d'cochon (grilled artisan sausage, homemade browned onions and homemade old-fashioned mustard sauce), the Cul d'Poule (grilled bacon, Emmental cheese, homemade Roquefort sauce, walnuts) or the L'ouvre-boîte filled with a selection of "La Quiberonnaise" sardines and homemade tomatoes.
