In the heart of Carnac, Itsa Soa (the sea, in Basque) offers a simple, gourmet, plant and sea cuisine. It is available in menus or a la carte, respecting the seasonality and the personality of the products. At the stove, Erwann le Pogam, a Breton who grew up in Biarritz, a former film machinist who succumbed to the call of his passion to give shape to a cuisine that is entirely in his image: inspired, close to the living, and a partner of local producers and fishermen. A vibrant tribute to all that Breton nature has to offer.
