An auteur cuisine, an alliance of land and sea, a revelation of the best of Breton produce: this is the cuisine offered by Chef Alexandre Tête and Pastry Chef Vincent Pallier, at the helm of the new L'Eskell restaurant, formerly known as Les Marquises, at the DIANA**** Hôtel & Spa Nuxe.
