Pascal Goyet welcomes you in an old Breton farmhouse where he will make you enjoy a gourmet traditional cuisine that changes with the seasons. Oysters from the road of Pô in Carnac; dome of smoked salmon and red mullet with avocado and herbs, shellfish sauce with lime and pink shrimps; fillet of fried pollock, Julienne of vegetables flavoured with ginger and rosemary, petals of braised endives; fire-rake of soft rabbit stuffed with foie gras, crumble of seasonal vegetables and mushrooms or crème brûlée with white and black chocolate flavoured with orange are  a small overview of the dishes of high flight that you will taste with delight here. You also have to discover the menu "Voyage" around lobster. It offers an excellent value for money.

Cadre chaleureux, accueil bienveillant, nos assiettes nous ont régalé.
Nous avions choisi le menu autour du homard. Le repas était bien équilibré , savoureux et les accords bien dosés

Belles assiettes pour le menu spécial Saint Valentin, accueil et service agréables. Au surplus, une table près de la cheminée et son feu de bois.
En résumé, une belle adresse.

Nous sommes venus déjeuner ou dîner plusieurs fois au Râtelier. D’ordinaire, l’accueil était très souriant et le service attentionné. Cette fois -ci nous avons eu l’impression qu’il fallait manger et partir rapidement (menu en 4 services servi en 1 heure). Peut-être y avait-il un stress lié à une grande tablée de 16 personnes....
