Located on the first floor of the Hôtel Lann Rose, the Côté cuisine starred gourmet restaurant offers four-handed cuisine designed by Laëtitia and Stéphane Cosnier. Your hosts welcome you from Wednesday to Sunday with an ever-changing menu, featuring fresh, seasonal and local produce, to be enjoyed in winter by the fireside, and in summer on the veranda. A foretaste? Lobster and sweetbreads gilded in salted butter with baby vegetables. To top it all off, the wine list features 250 references from the four corners of France.

Dans un cadre contemporain, mais chaleureux, une excellente cuisine pleine de saveurs et d'associations goûteuses, jouant principalement sur les produits de la mer, mais pas que. Cuisson parfaite de la viande et du poisson. Un régal que le mimosa de tourteau, ou les asperges accompagnées de leur jaune d'oeuf confit, ou encore le croustillant au chocolat ou encore l'ananas Victoria.
Un accueil très agréable, un service attentionné et plaisant.
Les vins proposés au verre par le sommelier accompagnaient avec qualité les plats.
Un excellent rapport qualité-prix, un macaron amplement mérité.

Nous en sortons et ce fût un vrai plaisir. De l'entrée au dessert en passant par le plat et les vins tout fût subtil, excellent et généreux. Avec un accueil simple et chaleureux qui vous met à l'aise. On a qu'une seule envie c'est d'y retourner très vite.
