Your hosts welcome you from Wednesday to Sunday with an ever-changing menu, featuring fresh, seasonal and local produce, to be enjoyed in winter by the fireside, and in summer on the veranda. A foretaste? Lobster and sweetbreads gilded in salted butter with baby vegetables. To top it all off, the wine list features 250 references from the four corners of France.
