Located on the first floor of the Hôtel Lann Rose, the Côté cuisine starred gourmet restaurant offers four-handed cuisine designed by Laëtitia and Stéphane Cosnier. Your hosts welcome you from Wednesday to Sunday with an ever-changing menu, featuring fresh, seasonal and local produce, to be enjoyed in winter by the fireside, and in summer on the veranda. A foretaste? Lobster and sweetbreads gilded in salted butter with baby vegetables. To top it all off, the wine list features 250 references from the four corners of France.

Nous avons connu ce couple passionné avant d’avoir obtenu leur étoile bien méritée. Nous sommes fidèles consommateurs de leurs produits recherché avec ténacité et rigueur. C’est ainsi que nos papilles pétillent de joie . Laititia a quitté la cuisine pour s’occuper de la salle, s’occupe de sa belle cave climatisée. Elle sait aussi se séparer d’un viticulteur moins bon qu’à l’habitude. Voilà ce qui en fait un établissement irréprochable. Bonne continuation ! Bravo à toute l’équipe.
