SAINT-CORNELY CHURCH
Go there and contact
This 17th century church (located in the centre of Carnac- Town), is famous for the Cornélius patronage, martyr pope who became Cornély, the owner of the Cornes animal breeders. The north porch of the church is sumptuous. The amazing bell tower and its yellowish lichen are also eye-catching. Paintings on the chapels depicting the lives of saint Cornély, saint john the Baptist and Christ; the baroque canopy, the 18century organ, the pulpit and the gate of the chancel built with wrought iron, high altar and side altars as well as retables are also worth visiting.
