A central location for knowledge of the megalithic phenomenon, offering a varied program of visits and workshops in Carnac.
Renovated in 2018, the Maison des Mégalithes is managed by the Centre des Monuments Nationaux. It welcomes around 700,000 visitors a year to its information area, cultural mediation space and projection room. Temporary exhibitions, often focusing on photography, are held on a regular basis. The Maison des Mégalithes accompanies the discovery of the alignments, enabling us to learn a little more about them. A multimedia terminal and tactile models have been installed for the hearing and visually impaired.
