In this bakery, we work to the old, with baked bread in a real wood oven! What a pleasure to discover the many varieties of hand-shaped bread, such as the rustic wand, the coastal wand (red label flour, cooked all morning until 13 p. m. and then a last one at 17 p. m.), the Hallygrains wand (rolls to cereals elected in 2008, 2009 and 2010), the Carnac pavé (wheat flour, rye flour, sunflower seeds, brown flax, soya, sesame and rye unleavened) or Batch (mixture of tradition flour and spelt flour), among others. Also discover, brioches, gaches, prefou (garlic and butter for the drink), pizzas and other savoury treats, desserts and desserts… A good address.
