Decorated restaurant with terrace in Caudan serving brasserie dishes including original burgers and desserts.

Located in the Ibis hotel, the restaurant La Cantine aims to be a contemporary bistro. We discover a design and friendly decoration. As for the cuisine, the dishes are those of a brasserie: meal salad, market fish, vegetable risotto, entrecote, tartare, carpaccio, original burgers such as the Burger du Bistrot (potato pancakes, chopped steak, parmesan, coppa, candied tomatoes, red onions and mesclun). For desserts, you can enjoy a crème brûlée with carambar, a lost fig brioche or the Tatin sisters' pie... On sunny days, enjoy the terrace with a view of the swimming pool...

Déçu de la cuisine essentiellement.......aucune saveur aucun goût......viande grasse pâtes farineuses tout est réchauffé et on n’a limpression que sa date de la veille ...on n’est obligé de demander ce qu’il y a dans les plats car aucune saveur a part un échange de couleur mais un gros gros gros effort est à faire à ce niveau la !!!
Surtout que l’addition a été salée.....
