Elegant bistro with terrace in Bergerac offering fresh seasonal products, grilled meats and rice pudding.

Aurore and Hugo Brégeon have created an elegant bistro setting where you can see the kitchen through a glass roof. The two small rooms are decorated in a convivial way and the beautiful terrace overlooking the Dordogne is very popular. The chef works only with fresh seasonal produce. One can discover a vichyssoise of butternut with carpaccio of duck ham with three peppers. The dish is a delight for our taste buds with a grilled beef aiguillette, forest coulis, mashed potatoes. The Mont Blanc rice pudding inspired by Belle Hélène was a delight.

Bof ! Compte tenu des avis positifs je m’attendais à mieux. Les plats sont corrects sans plus. Le foie gras avait une couleur grisâtre pas très engageant …Côté ambiance le restaurant en ce milieu de semaine était complet et donc très bruyant . Bref pour le prix il y a beaucoup mieux à Bergerac

Very nice little restaurant on the old town bridge overlooking the Dordogne River across Bergerac Excellent food and service. Parking can be difficult at busy periods but worth the effort

Un délice du début jusqu'à la fin. La salle était un peu bruyante car il y avait un groupe de 12.
