Pancake shop betting on the quality of the products of which the local ones and the organic ones, vegetarian and vegan pancakes proposed.
It is with much kindness that Virginie and Jean-Pierre welcome you to "la Gourmandine", a rightly named creperie, located in a beautiful 1930 manor house in the neighbourhood, with a view of the garden and the Sach river. Rightly named because here priority is given to quality before anything else: vegetables are from local producers and many organic produce are used such as flour, milk, eggs, butter or ice cream. Among other specialities of buckwheat pancakes, we particularly enjoyed: the Rennaise (onions, artisanal sausage, and salad); the St-Jacques Mangue or the Végétarienne (seasonal vegetables, mushrooms, tomatoes, salad). For crepes, the Terroir (fried apple, apple with homemade salted butter and scoop of vanilla ice cream) made us succumb... La Gourmandine also offers to take away its buckwheat and wheat flour pancakes.
