Valentin's Shore Break, which took over from Bihan Café, will open at the end of 2023, offering dishes to be enjoyed alone or with a partner. On the menu are original tapas (tartine jus de porc au cidre, gravlax de saumon, bobotie de bœuf, raviole de champignons...), as well as raclette, fondue and tartiflette based on Savoyard products to enjoy in winter, and moules frites revisited by Corentin Le Prado in the kitchen to discover in summer. A resolutely friendly atmosphere in a decor that's part chalet, part beach, in homage to your host's two passions: surfing and skiing.
