Taking away from the labels, Olrun prefers to focus on its values, such as curiosity, authenticity, respect for healthy and natural ingredients and the environment, with a choice of organic agricultural products and as much as possible, to offer you food as greedy as nutritional. Low-sweetened desserts, often raw and gluten-free, from dishes with original flavours inspired by different horizons (Indian curries, Japanese algae, Mexican tortillas, Chinese broths, American macaroni, and typical dishes of French Gastronomy, which are being edited in vegetable version!): Olrun invites you to cultivate your curiosity with a different menu every day.
