Open since July 2017, the Melting's has already won over a regular clientele. Example of the menu of the day: salad of raw ham, pine nuts, radish and parmesan; saithe with bacon and mushroom sauce accompanied by a carrot and cumin purée. In the summer, the establishment offers seafood and fried mussels. Damien's cooking is simple but good and Aline's welcome is very friendly. A nice address in the village of Guidel. And for beer lovers, don't hesitate to come and taste the selection of special beers!
