For more than 20 years, Boris Le Bec has been raising hundreds of ostriches on 30 hectares of meadows and woodland on his family estate in Guidel. Respectful of the animal's well-being, the farm controls egg laying, slaughter and processing. The meat is a good alternative to beef: red, tender and refined!
