Luc and Catherine Kerno have set up shop in this former 1900s building, designed in a contemporary style. Their menu features local fish and seafood dishes: crispy tuna bar, basil pistou and tangy bell pepper coulis, pan-fried scallops, lobster ravioli, shellfish coulis with preserved lemons... The desserts are all little marvels, such as the crunchy cocoa millefeuille with its light salted butter caramel mousse, or the morello cherry opera! Le Jardin des Sens has been recognized as a Table du Terroir. To remember.
