Restaurant offering fish and seafood cuisine in Hennebont.
Yoann Le Baron, former head chef at the Hôtel du Loch in Auray, took over as head chef last spring. And while the management has changed, the team, decor and cuisine remain unchanged. In this 1900s building, you'll still find local fish and seafood dishes on the menu: crispy tuna bar, basil pistou and tangy bell pepper coulis, pan-fried scallops, lobster ravioli, shellfish coulis with preserved lemons... The desserts are all little marvels. An address to remember.

La véritable étoile du spectacle était bien sûr la cuisine. Les plats étaient absolument délicieux et préparés avec une attention particulière aux détails. Nous avons particulièrement adoré le tataki de thon, qui était tendre, savoureux et parfaitement cuit à la perfection. Un vrai régal pour les papilles !
En plus de la nourriture divine, l'atmosphère du restaurant était également très agréable.
Si vous recherchez une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle, associée à un service impeccable et une ambiance agréable, vous ne serez pas déçu en choisissant ce restaurant. Nous le recommandons vivement !
