This is the realm of fresh organic produce and tarts, all served on a bed of twelve crudités. Salmon and leek tart with cider, goat's cheese and cumin puff pastry, are real pleasures for the taste buds, to be enjoyed without moderation, and why not accompanied by a delicious beet and fresh carrot juice.
