Creperie with terrace in Josselin serving pancakes and crepes with a focus on the Breton region.
Situated on the banks of the Nantes-Brest canal with, from its terrace, a splendid view of the Château de Josselin, this creperie is a nugget. A member of "Blé noir tradition Bretagne", it expresses its love of the region through an original menu where each pancake or crepe promotes, in its own way, the Breton terroir. We revisit the local gastronomy with a Breton tiramisu, a far perdu with salted butterscotch caramel or Armorican-style profiteroles, with Breton shortbread ice cream and salted butterscotch caramel (yes, again, but who could get tired of it?).
