This is a starred restaurant where Olivier Beurné, the chef, and all his team, treat your the tastebuds with a seasonal, romantic and gourmet cuisine, where delights of the sea that scintillates freshness and produces of the Breton garden are closely intertwined, for the best: a true anthology of flavours within the romantic setting of a castle, a true exceptional place. Let yourself be tempted with the duck foie gras compressed with pears, red wine jelly with sweet spices or a roast lobster or a roast blue lobster, carrots of sands with curcuma butter. In dish: cushion of farm veal, juice of roast in coffee flavour, mushroom viennoise, red beetroots, Pommes Soufflées, or a aglet of St.Pierre with algae and yuzu enamelled a butter to the algae and yuzu, broccoli emulsion. Desserts are on the chocolate theme or fruits.
