Une multitude de petites surprises ont jalonné cette expérience culinaire...les petits pains faits par le chef, tout frais, au charbon végétal ou aux graines étaient savoureux, la mise en bouche excellente, les plats de viande et de poisson fins et très bien composés de légumes subtils, très justement cuits. Une très belle.adresse, sans fausse note, et un service jeune, c'est vrai mais prévenant et sympathique. Hâte de revenir!
