LE PETIT CHANTIER
This new establishment, a small brother of the Shipyard in Saint-Phillibert, has its know-how. Fine products from the sea to slate: shrimp, lobster, tuna, Saint-Jacques, sole. Suggestions for meat will seduce you: rib beef rib, tender, andouillette, pork lomo. The owner has put his foot at home in this marine and wood atmosphere. The master of the site was able to create a small home in the very fashionable decoration of the sea and bistro. We feel good about it; The Petit Smart, hungry and Curious, looked at the slate of the day, hesitated on the blue lobster which made it eye and chose after hesitation on a gravlax salmon, and a burbot tail with a grout to the first-fresh langoustines. He was not disappointed and took forces and rest before confronting the waves and currents of the Gulf. Bold guys!
