A la carte, waffles, of course, like the Scandinavian one (smoked salmon, fresh lemon cream and asparagus) or the bigoudène (andouille sausage from Guémené, cheese and salad) and pancakes - to gourmet lovers, we strongly recommend Trégor made of nougat ice, caramelised apples and maple syrup, accompanied with a small bowl of traditional cider. The restaurant also offers bouchot mussels – marinière or creamy – real Troyes andouille or maxi salads.
