History: The brand was created in 1982 by the Yves-Rocher group. It was later abandoned by the group because of its focus on cosmetics. In 2006, Françoise Saget was taken over by the MK Direct holding company, which already owned the Linsvosges brand. More recently, in 2016, MK Direct Holding changed its majority shareholder to Eurazeo PME.
