This approach favors short supply chains and guarantees seasonal produce. Here, no industrial products, but whole poultry and fish prepared from A to Z, from the cut to the plate.

Très bonne table , ambiance agréable, seul petit bémol, il ne restait pas assez de caille,nous étions 8 ,et certains vins qui figurent à la carte ne sont pas disponibles mais on retournera avec plaisir dans lieu
