Les moules non pas été triées par le cuisinier
Nous avons eu la fin du filet avec dans chaque casserole une dizaine de moules écrasées donc plus vivantes avant la cuisson
Une chance nous n’avons pas été malades
Nous sommes des Lorientaises et voulions inviter nos hôtes îliens
