La Cave des Gourmands is the latest fashionable minahouet restaurant. This wine cellar-bistro is run by a young Franco-Slovakian couple, with Émilie Beauvais (the daughter of the chef from Lorient) in the cellar and Matej Tokoly in the kitchen. The menu is simple and original, with dishes with flavours from the East. Here, nothing but fresh, organic and local products, and a gourmet cuisine without artifice. On sunny days, the pretty terrace, dressed by the graffiti artist Kaz, promises pleasant breaks. Wine tasting events are also on the programme.

Nous y allons régulièrement et nous sommes toujours bien accueillis. Les plats sont variés au fil des saisons mais constants quant à leur qualité, et ils ne sont pas excessifs ! Toujours un plaisir.

J’ai découvert un plat Bouillon de Brisket de Bœuf .. une révélation ! A tel point qu’après quelques recherches j’ai trouvé une recette conforme à ce que j’avais dégusté !! Et je l’ai faite !
Mon mari avait pris le Fish &chip .. tel qu’il l’avait connu dans sa jeunesse.Merci pour cette découverte gustative et pour votre accueil .
