BRASSERIE DE L'ESTRAN
The Brasserie de l'Estran, created in 2015 in Locaol-Mendon, offers a new local craft beer: the Grand Coeff, which comes in several versions: an Irish brown, a Belgian-inspired white (spiced with coriander and orange peel), an English-inspired lager (almost amber) and finally, a slightly stronger India Pale Ale. At the head of the Brasserie, it is Nicolas Debéthune who has installed all his equipment at home, like a passionate person (vat, bottling equipment...). Today, he manages to produce nearly 400 litres per month which are produced and distributed in the Locoal-Mendon supermarket, but also in the wine cellars of Belz, Landévant and Pluvigner.
