Brawcoli offers an innovative and unique concept in Lorient: the all raw. Here, you will taste dishes skilfully elaborated from local, seasonal and organic products, yes, but only raw! The rice of the makis is replaced by a mixture of celery, beetroot and spices; the soup concocted by mixing raw vegetables and adding hot water at the last minute, and the bread replaced by tasty homemade crackers made from sunflower seeds, flax, a mixture of vegetables and spices. The whole thing is mixed and dehydrated, and it's very good!
