At the end of 2020, Loïc started working with crepes and galettes and revisited the memories of his childhood. Around the crêpe, there are salty or sweet variations, in the form of makis, blinis and samoussas. From the pancakes (of course), to the onion confit and the tzatziki, to the langoustine mousse, everything is homemade and meticulously prepared by this passionate creator. Special mention for the pesto, the salmon, garlic and fine herbs makis and the chicken-coconut-curry-pineapple buckwheat samoussas... famous! An original alternative for all your events.
