Having worked at the Ritz and the Bristol, Jonathan Reine has now settled in Lorient. His Karantez restaurant offers fresh, varied cuisine. Here, the menu is short and seasonal, giving pride of place to fruit and vegetables. Although the dishes are not particularly original, they are all very well prepared. The excellent wine list is a delightful accompaniment to the culinary proposals. The Breton chef, spotted by Gault & Millau, was part of the 2021 "young talents" selection.
