Conveniently located on the square in front of the grand theater, the Belvedere offers carefully presented and quickly served dishes (handy for getting to the show on time!). Scampi ravioli with tarragon butter, warm foie gras salad, roasted scampi, ginger butter, scallops with fresh pasta, shavings of foie gras, roasted calf sweetbreads, artichokes, chanterelles and for dessert, autumn fruit nage, lychee-rose petal sorbet... It's excellent! A treat for the eyes and the taste buds...
