Marc Saulou's restaurant is located between the Orientis and the Cinéville. The Pic gradually reaches the peak of its fame in Lorient. L énonce des plats ne correspondait pas forcément à ce qu il y avait dans l assiette au final (ex : tartare de dorade annoncé mais pour un tartare de dorade et de saumon au final, risotto de fruits de mer annoncé pour un risotto de poisson avec 2 coquillages en plus…)
