Since late 2017, Anthony Rauld, an experienced sommelier, and Olivier Beurné, former Michelin-starred chef at Château de Locguénolé, have taken over the reins of what is now known as 127 bys l'Amphi. In this ultra-contemporary, elegant setting, they invite you to discover their vision of gastronomy. Refined dishes and creative combinations are offered with the seasons: oyster bubbles, parsley chlorophyll, shiso vinegar sorbet, asparagus paste, black tea red onion condiment, parmesan foam, verbena mousse, kalamansi sorbet... A cuisine of finesse.
